I am fairly new to this site been here a couple weeks and this is a great place for motivation. I like the 40 somethings site. I'm in my mid forties and have tried all kinds of weight loss pills, diets and the one I am on now seems to be working for me. I am carb cycling. But there are all kinds of plans on this sight to take a look at and see what works for you and lots of support forums. I actually did this more for health reasons than anything. Diebetes runs in my family and my doctor said though I am not diebetic I am getting close to that range. that was enough for me because I hate needles and cannot imagine having to poke myself everyday.
