Gosh, all raw veggies and lite dressing is a dangerously restrictive diet, particularly if you're exercising and breastfeeding...it'd be dangerous even for someone WITHOUT those added calorie requirements. Do you know how many calories you were getting a day? This sort of diet would be very hard to balance appropriately to ensure you and your baby were getting the nutrition you needed.
So, what is your plan this time around? You might want to check in with your doctor or a physician - I'm sure they'd have recommendations on diet/exercise that would help you lose the baby weight in a safe, healthy way.
