Hi, my name is Heather. I live in Illinois and im 28..almost 29. I used to be skinny at one time not too long ago and I put on all this weight. Im ready to get rid of it. Im looking for some motivation and support. I joined the Biggest Loser Challenge yesterday. It sounds fun and hopefully keeps me motivated. Im looking forward to making some new friends

Hello! I am a 1979er also and I weighed the same as you when I started. All I want to say is that it isn't as hard as it seems at the beginning. For me it seemed like an impossible challenge to lose weight but once I started exercising regularly it started dropping off pretty fast and I feel much better for it.
