I am a stay at home mom of 4. I had my youngest child 2 1/2 months ago, and still have a bit of weight to lose from my pregnancy. I found that the first few pounds came off quickly and without too much work, but these last 20 something pounds are harder for me to lose. I am pretty new at this and have no idea about dieting and such, just starting to learn. It'll be nice to receive and offer some support.

We have a great Pregnant and Nursing forum, so I'd encourage you to check it out...obviously, that comes with challenges all its own!

We also have groups by age range, by eating plan, and by any number of things, so look around and find some spots that interest you. If you don't have an eating plan you're thinking of, explore a bit! We've got plenty of information about all of the big concepts out there in the healthy eating world. Finally, you might want to check out the Featherweights forum, for those with comparatively less to lose than others.

Whatever you settle on, stick around here and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
