:carrot Well I had been journaling on the 3fc journal and I went there but I can't journal... all I can do is read. I have been following those fabulous gals
for a while. I lost alot of weight (100 # ) years ago.... maintained with about 30 # gain, then loss. I am maintaining my 160 weight but can't seem to lose any more. By the way I am 43. Does age have something to do with it? I am
counting calories eating alot of greens. But I just seem to maintain. I try to stay around 1500 calories. I am very active. but I need some type of exercise, besides walking... I do that the best. I am alos feeling very tired.
I can't beleive too many carbs, but maybe...
I would like to loose about 25 more and tone everything. I also have lose skin that needs addressed, but I would like to tone up first.
Hope I can figure this forum out. I would like to talk with you.
