Hello everybody! Just wanted to intoduce myself. I'm trying to drop some weight over the next couple months before I go on my first cruise. I lost about 70 pounds three years ago and for some reason I just got lazy with it and stopped. I've now put myself into a frenzy to get as much off as I can before I go on my first cruise in October. I'd like to take off about 30 pounds.(in a perfect world 50, but I know that's not gonna happen)
I have the 30 day shred dvd and I'm hoping it'll work it's magic.

I'm open to any helpful hints or advice! Gotta turn into the new me FAST!!!
