DAY 2
Food & exercise plan
B/fast - porridge with tablespoon of fresh raspberries
10am - 30 min dog walk
Snack - 10 mixed nuts (not peanuts)
Lunch - Mackeral on a bed of watercress and spinach and a wholemeal pitta bread
Snack - apple & sm bunch of grapes
5pm(ish) - 30 min bike ride
7pm - Salmon, new potatoes and ***.veg. (I am eating out at a restraurant tonight but have planned ahead with what I intend to have off the menu.)
I have been drinking two litres of water each day...I am peeing like a race horse...but feel a lot more energetic.
