Hi! My name is Heather I'm a mom to four kids (ages 11, 8, 5 & 2)! I've been doing WW for 17 weeks now and have lost 10lbs total! I just now decided to get serious about WW though. I do tae bo a few times a week (if I feel like it)! I run every other day faithfully though! The weight is dropping off since I've started running! It's so relaxing and amazing...I love it!
