Wow, great site! Been lurking for a week, lots of inspiration here

A month ago I started watching my diet, no deserts, no 'bad' carbs. Lost a few pounds, five I think.

I have over 50 pounds to lose and am considering joining WW. I just can't decide between the online version and local meetings.

Well, back to lurking .....
