Default Back again...
Hi was here in july last year. I lost all the weight I needed to Felt great looked great. Well you know they say smoking is bad for your health so I quit smoking On April 27th THANK YOU JESUS! Well now I am back to my 180 and I need to get it off! I am still a non smoker.

So I had to come back here I started up on the SBD yesterday tried to start Monday BUTTTTTT My dads birthday was and we went out by them and the food was food! BAD FOOD>>> I had to have a cupcake..... I really did yeah right! Well so far so good I feel better already! knowing I am eating good and healthy

Well hope you all are staying on track and Glad to be back!
oh the signature thing is from last year when i was here. I gotta figure out how to change that

Congrats on the smoking thing! That will be my next goal. I've decided to wait about a month into this diet and then try to quit smoking. Wish me luck.
