Smile day 2... help
I am just to post something, I am try to figure out want diet to start with, need to loss 35lbs and I just what to say HI and I want to be supportive of others, I'm here for me and I'm here for you!

Hi Jessie!

I'm just getting started (again) and I need to lose about 35lbs too. I'm doing Turbo Jam and using the principles from "I Can Make You Thin". I followed that in March and lost about 10lbs, so it does work! It's not hard either, I just fell off the wagon. I've since gained 3 of those pounds back so I'd better get my butt moving before I gain all 10 back!

My goal is to lose the 35+ lbs by Christmas.

What are your plans for losing?
