Hello everyone.. I am happy to be here with everyone... let me tell you a little about myself. I live in ohio, I am happily married for the second time and I have five grown children one that is married... no grandchildren as of yet. but were hoping soon As far as me.. I went through gastric by pass in May and I have lost 53 lbs so far.. and I feel great! But I know that there will be a time when my weight will begin to slow down... and I don't look forward to that... so I am hoping that I will be able to get support from everyone... Welcome aboard! I'm so excited for you about your progress so far!!! You will get lots of support here and that will be very motivating. I believe there's a weight loss surgery group here, where you might find lots of information. Glad you found 3FC and I hope you will find it as great as I have!!!!

I'm new as well and I've had a couple family members and friends who have had the same surgery and have gained weight back and I can only hope you are smart about weight loss and not get back to old habbits. The people here are awesome ! They are full of support! I wish you the best of luck and congrats with the weight loss already!!
