after peeking around a bit in here i thought it looked fun and a great place to be encouraged and share the encouragment so i decided to join
my plan of attack is "you: on a diet" and getting regular exercise
i've also got a personal source of inspiration that i believe will keep me motivated, hence the name ;-)
i've got roughly 60 pounds to lose and i know it will be a long journey but it's one i'm willing to take and i think i've found the place (here at 3 fat chicks) i want to be

I've learned so much about nutrition and exercise along the way. It hasn't always been easy but it's been worth it. It looks like you have your plan together and I wish you the best.
