Arrow Newbie!!
Hey everybody!!! I am a newbie who desires to lose weight. I have tried every diet known to man, and I want this FAT SMASH DIET to be my last attempt of even trying. I know I can do it because I have did it so many times before. I just purchased my book and I have recieved it. I have read the introduction and I am getting ready to read the first couple of chapters to get a feel of what I need to purchase at the store. Please keep me encouraged. Im tired of being overweight!
