I am Evelyn, just turned 60 and for the past 3 or 4 years I have gained, on the average, 10 pounds a year..I have been doing less and less activity and more eating and having a hard time stopping myself, so I found this site and will start today to loose that 30 pounds plus the exta 5 I had put on before that..
My weight us to be between 116 to 120, now I am 150 I will be happy loosing 30 pounds but would like to set a goal of 35, I am short so even 5 pounds shows quick on me..I really don't like my double chin..
