Hello!
I've used this site to get low calorie recipes in the past. I've been achieving a new healthy lifestyle for a couple months now and I've lost 14 pounds since! So, I joined to share in many discussions. I'm 131 but am aiming for 125, but I decided I'll be satisfied anywhere in the 20's if it means I'm toned and like what I see. I don't have a preferable jean size, I just want to look good in jeans!
I devote a majority of my time to reading about nutrition, cooking low calorie meals, learning to make yummy desserts or comfort foods guilt-free! Hungry-girl.com is basically my survival guide.
I'm studying to become a licensed Nutritionist and in 3 months I will be a certified Nutrition/wellness/weight management consultant and I couldn't be more stoked!!
