Hello, i just joined and am very excited but i have no idea where to start! i joined a gym about 2 months ago and rarely go. Lately i have been really into going and wanting to lose weight. I am ready for the change. I guess i am just looking for friends, advice, and how to use different things on the site.

i work in a gym as a membership consultant and i found that what kept me motivated was getting a personal trainer. I only see him once a week, usually on a thursday for half an hour. He helps keep me accountable, checks my visits, goes through my food diary and gives reccomendations on how i could improve what im doing. It costs me $30 a week but it makes a difference. Pretty much is covered by the amount of money i save not buying junk food and snacks.
