    Hi all--

    After years of reading the forums, I'm finally jumping in!

    I'm 27, I live in Arizona, and I'm sick of carrying all this weight around. I've been trying for years to lose weight, and I've come to realize that if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it all the way: no rationalizing bad food choices, no wimpy workouts--no half-measures of any kind.

    The support I see given and received here is amazing, and I'm excited to be a part of it!

    Welcome. I'm a bit of a lurker too but finally decided to join about a month ago. The support here is amazing.

    Sounds like you have made a serious committment and have started on the journey with the rest of us. Give yourself some credit! You can do whatever you put your mind to.
