Hi everyone.
My name's Kit and I think my username probably says it all. I am currently 191 lbs. and am trying to lose weight by December 20th because I'm my friend's maid-of-honor and I want to look nice at the wedding. I know I won't lose everything I want to lose by then, but even 20 lbs by December would be wonderful! Ultimately, I want to be 130 lbs by next June.
I'm going to set up a blog here so I can track what I eat everyday and hopefully people will help point out what I'm doing wrong or right.
