Just introducing myself
Well Im very new to this sight, but deffinatly not new to trying to lose weight. Right now Im at 207.7. I was doing weight watchers and went down to 198. Well after a cross country move, and not any good weight watchers meetings around me, I gained again. So Im onto trying something new. The Volumetrics Diet. Today is my second day doing it, and Im hoping that this is the one that I well be able to stick to.
I would love to be 140 pounds again but right now Im just going to do my 10 percents one at a time.
I am married to a wonderful husband of 3 years and we have 2 beautiful children. My husband is an extremely active outdoors type of guy along with my children. Where as for myself, I find myself getting tired quickly. Which in the end I find myself losing out on family time.
I hope to find some great motivators and friends here, as I hope I can help others too. Look foward to talking to a lot of you.
