Default I don't know where to start

Hi, my name is Danielle and I think I am ready to start a weight loss plan, I just don't know which one. I have been heavy all my life except between the age of 22-24 when I lost 100 pounds. However I got married and pregnant and have put it all back on. . . any suggestions?

Welcome!

I had a baby a year ago and when he turned nine months I decided it was time to get my body back. I started WW and am doing it at home without any of the supplies. I love it. I have lost 30 pounds and haven't been miserable once. I walk almost every night, when I am not playing softball, and am at pre-pregnancy weight, except I am a size smaller than before I became prego. I tried Atkins a few years ago and was never able to stick with it. WW flex program was really easy for me and the weight really just started to melt off. Good luck on whatever you choose!

. . . DANIELLE . . . glad you found us. The beauty of the many healthy eating plans currently available is that they are not a 'one-size-fits-all' thing but they all work wonderfully well. Have a good look around the Diet Central area . . . http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=102 . . . and hopefully you will find something that just speaks to you and your way of life. The bottom line, of course, is that Diets Don't Work -- you hve to be willing to commit to a lifestyle change and this is especially true when (like you and I) you have the need to lose more than just a few pounds. Hang in there, Chickie -- together we can do it.
