Hello! I used to frequent 3FC as Lizziness for years ... then I messed up my password & couldn't figure out how to retrieve it... and started thinking that I spent way too much time in the general discussions and not enough actually working toward my goal - so I just quit.

Now I'm back and ready to actually DO something!
