I need motivation myself, or something, i mean to do well, but sometimes i don't do what i should i guess even though i think its right at the time i am doing it.
Does that make any sense?
Like today for instance, It was lunch time and i couldn't find a thing to have so i had a baked potato with 1 tsp butter and 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese with a plain bowl of greens with olive oil and apple cider vinegar and a serving of pineapple.
At the time it sounded ok but the minute i was done eating i felt like, ugggh, i shouldn't have eaten the potato.
I had no way to go for groceries so i made do with what i had. I could have made much worse choices i suppose and tomorrow is another day.
I'm going to keep on going.
