Default Hello

Hello,

I'm new to this forum but not weightloss. I'm a mother of three. My weightloss journey is a little different this time around because, I'm nursing 10 mo old twins while dieting. I'm using weight watchers as my game plan. I'm trying to focus on a whole foods approach to eating this time around instead of fad diets.

Glad to be here

Weight Watchers, along with a whole foods focus is an excellent idea! That's what I'm trying to do. Great minds think alike, eh? I know a few gals with twins, they are a handful, but so wonderful! Welcome to 3FC!!

Hi! Welcome. I'm pretty new here, myself. I already love it, here. The people are really great and there is lots of support and encouragement.

10 month old twins?!?! You must be too busy to breathe!

. . . so glad to have you with us. You might want to have a look at our Pregnant or Nursing Forum . . . oops, just noticed that you've already discovered it. Sure you'll find some like-minded others over there.

Welcome! Belated congrats on the birth of your twins. Kudos to you as I know twins are a lot of work. In addition to your other child.

Good luck to you on your success with Weight Watchers. If you're with the right center you'll have a great deal of support. Although I'm a South Beacher, I've interpreted for many meetings with WW. I learned a lot from them and incorporated what I learned there into my SB Way of Life.

I look forward to sharing with you.
