Newbie, Howdy Everyone....
Hello,
My name is Robin, I'm 28 and the mother of 2 boys. I've been married for 7 years. My weight problem began after I had my kids. I never lost any of the weight I gained from the pregnancies and have added even more on top of it. Like a lot of people, I see food as my comfort and my reward. I do something that I don't want to do, such as clean a messy house, and then I treat myself to food, usually take out of some sort.
I've finally decided that it's time to get healthy. My husband is working towards becoming a police officer and has to be in tip top shape, so I've decided to start watching what I eat and exercising too. It's hard! I'm a soda junky and I'm attempting to ween myself off of them. That's even harder than the food part. I've lost a total of 6lbs as of today, but that's more because I got food poisoning of some sort last week. I'm hoping to make some friends and learn about cutting the ties I have with food.
