I am happy to have found this site! I have previously been on Atkins and had some success, however as with most of us the weight is back. I am approaching this step by step and day by day.

I would love to hear your nutrition and fitness tips and about your journey as well. I'm sure I'll see you all around.

Thank you very much. I am following Weight Watchers. I began approximately 2 weeks ago, and have lost 5 lbs. to day. Tomorrow is my weigh in.

Thank you Cris V and Pachyderm. I weighed in this morning because I'm leaving and won't be able to attend my meeting tonight. I'm at 266.5 which is 5.5 lbs. in 2 weeks.

My minigoal right now is 15 lbs......so I will keep you posted.
