I'm Amanda, mom to 3. Married 9 yrs.
I have been overweight ALL my life. My heaviest being 276lbs.
Some how I made it down to 261lbs and got stuck. I then started doing cardio dvd's and lost 30lbs, only to put 20 lbs of it back on.
So the end of April (25th) I joined SFL (Simply for life) and have lost 25.5 lbs.
It is the only program that has worked for me and so many others I know.
I am happy to have found this site and have soooo much more snooping around to do.
