Default Hello 3FC members!! --> newbie here!!
Hello there!!
I started dieting on June 8th.
I'm having a bit of hard time coming on the 3rd week to stick ot my plan. And the forum group I participate in for the diet aren't very active as I like.
So, I'm coming here in hopes to find good energy and support to help keep me motivated and pushing through.

Welcome and good luck! Feel free to check out the different forums until you find one that feels right. Have you checked out Featherweights ? Calorie Counters is a pretty active forum.The different diets also have forums , such as WW, South Beach, Atkins just to name a few.
