Default New to 3FC from North Carolina
Hello all.

I am 36 years old with two great kids and one wonderful husband. My family loves activity. They love to bike, play basketball, soccer, HIKE our lovely mountains, swim, etc.

Me? I love cross-stitching, scrapbooking, reading, and watching movies. Oh yeah, and good food.

I don't fit in with my family and I am so tired of that. I'm tired of not being able to keep up with them when they hike. I'm tired of being ashamed to go to the pool with them. I'm tired of being the "fat mommy" at soccer practice. I don't want my kids to just remember their mom sitting on the sidelines, you know?

I'm hoping I can change my life. Starting today.

I just started today as well. I know what you mean about not being able to keep up with the family. Only I think my family has a hard time keeping up with me and I don't do anything! Welcome aboard.

Well, you have certainly picked a great place for support! Everyone here is REALLY nice and REALLY supportive! I started this again yesterday - And I am determined to make this the last time I have to come down from above 200 pounds. We can do this!
