Hi there!

I'm sorry to hear about your ankle! In the meantime, you may be able to help control your eating, even if you can't move around a lot on your foot. Something like calorie counting is free & very easy to follow. Or even just keeping more whole foods around the house in place of junk food.

Also, just because you cannot rely on your ankle, you may be able to build a little muscle in your arms & upper body.

Please have a look around & post wherever you're comfortable!

Best of success!!!

Welcome, Amanda!

I'm sorry about your ankle. Don't let it get to you... this will pass. It's not a permanant situation.

As Faerie said, changing some of your eating patterns is very doable right now. And if you have some weights, you can get a head start on improving your upper body.
You don't have to do it all at once. Start small, and by the time you're up and around again, you'll be well on your way with new healthy lifestyle patterns.
