Time for a change
Hello, I've spent practically the whole evening looking for weight loss support forum. It's good to actually find a very active one. Hello!
I've spent my life as an obese individual. I have no idea what my weight is at the moment, but I know it probably isn't healthy and I really deserve to treat myself better. Right now I wear anything around a size 26/28, and I have a 56 inch waistline.
I've recently stopped drinking soda. I think my major downfall was drinking too much of the stuff *every* day. I have to wage a war in my mind not to buy anymore soda. Right now I'm working on not carrying change to buy any soda from vending machines.
I guess another downfall is not knowing how to eat right. Is it too much? Is it too little? Should I eat this at all? I don't know! This is something I really need to work on too.
Exercise is another thing for me to start. Where I live, there's a pool, there's a treadmill, and I could probably buy a punching bag and pick up an old hobby I left behind years ago: martial arts.
I'm so happy to find this resource and I'm sure I'll need the help. Thanks!
