My best advice is to be patient. Look at your eating habits and decide what little changes you can make right now. Personnally, I used to came home tired & hungry, had nothing ready to eat in the fridge, and just ordered some chinese, pizza and such. So I made the commitment to go grocery shopping at the start of every week, to clean and cut portions of fruits and veggies ready to eat as soon as im hungry, and to learn at least one new recipe per week. I also bought a slowcooker so that some of my meals can be ready to eat as soon as I get home. Little changes but they make me feel so much more in control of my life

And when I got that routine down, I started including exercice in my daily routine... slowly but surely, we'll get there !
