My current weight is almost the same as yours, this time last year I was 11st 6lbs so I've done pretty good so far! All I've done is count the calories and exercise 5 days a week and having a treat every Saturday tea time like fish n' chips!
At the moment my weight loss is slowing down so I have lowered my calorie and carb intake A LOT and upped my protein, just for this week to try and give it jump start. Here's my typical day:
8:30am - Do Vicky Entwistle's Weight Off Work Out (lasts 50 minutes and makes me consume LOTS of water!!)
9:30am - Shower and get dressed
11:00am - Small piece of fruit, like a kiwi or satsuma.
1:00pm - Half a tin of pineapple (good for metabolism) + handfull of oats + 1 tbsp of 0% fat greek yoghurt.
3:30pm - Low fat yoghurt OR handful of strawberries.
6pm - Dry fried chicken breast with salad OR a plain omlette OR tin of soup OR dry fried fish and salad.
I know it's really quite low, but it seems to be working. I mainly drink water (cold from the fridge) but if I do start to feel peckish I have a coffee made from 1tsp of ground coffee + 2tsp coffeemate (instead of milk) + 2 sweetners.
