I'm a 24 year old graduate student in NC. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, I've never felt like I've been small enough. I just continued to gain throughout highschool and college, then I started exercising like a fiend and dropped about 30lbs right after graduation. But, that was two years ago and I have put all but 10lbs of it back on. I feel like my metabolism is stalled (or maybe its just my eating habits!) I just need to get back on track! FAST!
I just joined too. Woke up the other day, stepped on the scale and realized I am the heaviest I have ever been. I have also struggled all my life with weight, albeit, I haven't had the longest life. I'm determined.
