First day on this message board, just found it actually.
I am 36 and a school teacher, and taking a full load of graduate classes.
I need to lose about 40 pounds and my weakness is fast food. I am never home and always busy with grading homework or doing my own homework. My fiance' lives 35 miles away so between working, going to school and trying to fit him into my life I eat a lot of fast food.

Luckily some of the fast food places are starting to get slightly better options -- many have salads and a low-fat dressing option; several offer tortilla wraps with veggies and grilled (instead of battered) chicken and they are not too bad with a side salad and extra LF salad dressing on the wrap instead of mayo.
