I have been reading 3FC for who knows how long, and I recently made an account for myself and decided to stop lurking.
My name is Nataly, I'm 20 and a calorie counter (and an ex yo-yo dieter!). My current goals are to reduce my carbs a little bit, and stay in between 1200-1400 calories. I exercise almost every day, but this past week I've been a little slacking on my diet.
I look forward to getting to know all of you! At the risk of sounding creepy, these forums have been my main support, and I respect everyone's hard work and dedication!
