Hello,
I am a brand new member. I have actually just started my weight loss journey; I joined WW this past Saturday. I've stopped and started many different types of diets.. everything from Atkins to the "Master Cleanse". I have battled with my weight for a long time. I was always a little chubby as a kid, but my problems really began when I gained 75+ pounds during my first pregnancy.
I am determined to make some lasting changes. I'll be 30 in a few months, and I just don't want to begin a whole new decade of my life in the same way. I want to start caring about myself! I am a newly single mother, and it is really hard not to slip into a depression.
So far, I really like the WW program. I am enjoying using the website and learning how to track my points. I'm looking forward to my next weigh-in to see if I've made any progress!
I am looking forward to meeting some new people and learning new things!
