hello,
My name is Bev and I am new here. I just wanted to introduce myself. I on WW but I don't go to the meetings. They are just not for me and Ijust can't find time for them. I have attended meetings before and know how the diet works.
I have lurked around and love the board.

Hi MsBev: Welcome to the forums here. I think the important thing is to find a support group as you are losing weight. This web site looks to be a great place to get support and encouragement. I hope you find some discussions that you really enjoy and get all the help you need.

Hi missbev hope that as others that you find a level ground to help with the weight lose. I am also a newbie ,and i am learning alot .i really need the support and understanding of others that have a weight problem. take care
