Default Aloha From A Newbie

Aloha!

I'm new here. I weigh over 200 lbs and am a size 18, but am wanting to become a size 5 with the help of Lisa Delaney, author of "Secrets of a Former Fat Girl", and the help of the Mediterranean and Miami Mediterranean Diet.

I enjoy needlepoint, cross stitching and reading, amongst other things...

Glad to meet all of you!

Hello dear I wish you the best luck! And I'm from on of the Mediterranean countries so what you call the mediteranean diet we call the normal way of eating hehehe I'm glad you choose to follow that because it's so balanced

Yes, it seems like the best way to go for me. Very little meat, plenty of greens, fruits, legumes, beans and nuts, few cheeses, a little red wine, a little dairy, and fruit for dessert.

I'm tired of eating so much meat, and I refuse to eat "Super" sizes. I shun fast food restaurants and sodas.

Thank you all for the warm, warm welcome. I think I'll like it here...

Hiya Princess. I'm on a meal delivery plan right now but am thinking of going to a mediterranean diet after I hit my goal and start transitioning. Sounds like we have alot in common including start weight and hobbies. Good luck to you.
