Well, hello everyone! I am new to this. I actually have never been part of any kind of public forum but I know I could use every bit of support I can get. I have already read many of your success stories and am very encouraged by them. I have recently lost 20 pounds but I am still about 60 pounds from my goal. I am doing it with eight workouts a week and have been eating low carb/high protein. I am getting the book Body Rx tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has tried this plan. I have a buddy in real life who works out with me and is on board with diet too and I am looking forward to gaining some online buddies too!

If you're working with low carb, you'll enjoy the Low Carb area under Diet Central. There are plenty of others there following similar plans, and you'll be able to share with them certainly. But, don't hesitate to take your time & look around. Keep posting wherever you're comfortable!
