Hello! I am new here. I am Jen. I am 29 and would like to lose some weight before I hit 30 in June! I am about 199 pounds now. I would like to eventually get down to 150 pounds, which is what I used to weigh and that was a comfortable weight for me. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Thanks! I am not sure of a plan yet. Right now I am trying to focus on exercising more and reducing my calorie intake to no more than 1800 calories a day. This week when I have a chance to go to a bookstore I want to look into Jorge Cruise's plan.
