Default Newbie joining
Hello! I am a newbie here. Not to dieting, but to this website. I have tried unsuccessfully to lose weight over the past 10 years, and keep gaining more. Since getting married and having 3 children in 4 years I have gained 70 lbs. I am looking for support and encouragement.

Hey there!!

Welcome to 3FC!! I am relatively new myself, but loving this site!! It helps keep me accountable, and motivated. I usually check in every day and seeing all the wonderfully supportive people here that are in the same boat I am, is super helpful. I hope you get the same benefits from it.

Have you started a diet program yet? There are lots of great forums here for every type of diet. They're great for answering questions and good recipes and just venting if you have a bad day and need a kick in the butt to get back on track.

Anyhoo....welcome and good luck. I know you can do it if you put your mind to it!
