Diets don't work. Tablets are a waste of money. Exercise equipment doesn't help if we don't use it.
That's the sum of it!
So. Instead of planning out a diet. How about changing your life for good?

You could start anywhere with this. It could be drinking more water, or writing down what you eat, or even taking a ten minute walk. Make small changes, and do them long enough that they become good habits. That's all we're doing here. We might all have different plans, but one step at a time, moving forward.
You're going to have to accept that you aren't going to be perfect, either. Even after deciding to make changes, slip-ups, mistakes, poor choices... they happen! We must continue to move forward regardless!
