So, I apparently fell off the wagon and have resorted to old, stupid habits. I keep trying to keep my eyes on the prize... a healthy body I'm happy with... but I'm so stressed, it's been hard. I kinda vanished for a few months, but I'm back and ready to try again.
Good on you! We all fall off the horse every now and again, but the important part (and I'm about to stretch a metaphor to breaking point here) is to get back on instead of sitting by the side of the road crying while everyone else rides past.
