now I'm down from 325 to 268. It's still only going on off at about 1.5 to 3.5 lbs a month normally but it's staying off. This past month I've lost 14 lbs but its because of a car accident that has made me really nauseous.

I want to get back down to 165 or so. I think that's where I felt my best at. The little chart says 156 but that's too thin I think for my 5'10" frame.

I recently started dating again. I've been amazed at how many ppl still want to be with me now that I'm not focused on how ugly and huge I am, and instead I'm happy that I've stuck to it and lost almost 60 lbs.

The new romance started a few months ago talking with an old friend I hadn't seen in 11 years. I was brutally honest with him about everything but the actual number I weigh. I even broke my strict code and took pictures of myself to show him. I figured that way I'll have pics to see the changes in me.

My two grown daughters have been immensely helpful via the telephone too. They are very loving and supportive even if they laugh at me sometimes for worrying too much.

I also found out I'm going to be a new grandma again. Very cool. So, life isn't any less complicated than it used to be but my attitude is. I enjoy more of it. and I'm working very hard to change my negative statements and beliefs into positives. It all helps unravel the weight I think!

The support I get from others trying to lose the same amount of weight and are ahead of me in weight loss or from the women that have been maintaining for awhile, is TREMENDOUS!
