Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum but not new to losing and regaining weight. I must have lost about 500 pounds since I was born! I'm a classic yo-yo dieter but I'd like to break that cycle once and for all. Once upon a time I could lose weight relatively easy but now I'm at the age where it sticks closer than a brother. I need a little structure to my weight losing and I really don't have the support I feel I need in my community, so here I am.
