De, welcome to 3FC!

The best diet in the whole world is....the one YOU can stick to! Really! It's different for every person. Do your research, check out the forums for the type of eating plan you think you'd like, try out that style of eating at home, to see if you can live that way, because you need something you can stick to for the long term, not just during your weight loss...you need a plan for after the "after" pics, too, don't forget.

Best of luck to you, De! Hope to see you around the forums. Just jump in and start posting!

hi, De -- jamsk8r is right; it's different for everyone. Do you like a lot of f2f support? do you like to cook? what are your food weaknesses? You gotta do something that you can do long term! (I like to eat vegetarian, so I like Dean Ornish.) I'm new today too, so I look fwd to trading results with you! Hang in there!
