Right now I'm snow-bound and a little depressed, and I've realized that in my present state, the best thing I can do is focus on maintaining. That's a big step for me, because usually at this time of year I'm thinking, "The heck with it! I'll eat whatever I want!"

I do know that I can no longer wait for the motivation to strike me.

I have to dig deep for it, regardless of how difficult or (sometimes) how futile it all may seem.
As the other ladies said, don't give up... just keep doing what you're doing.
Can you add a little something extra? Make a few minor changes to your lifestyle? A 15 minute walk, a new vegetable or healthy snack...
This isn't about perfection... little things can contribute to great successes.
