My name is Monica & I hope i can find the support that I need to lose weight. I am 28 yrs old, 4'8 & somewhere between 185-200 lbs. I'd love to see a 40lb loss to start with. I am a stress eater & my DH has been unemployed for the last 3 years & recently became medically disabled. I do have a little bit more money in my budget to buy healthy again, but my biggest problem is that I work in a Dr's office & we have lunched catered for free daily. I can say that my weight really started to increase when I started working there.
You might like to check out the 20 something's. When you have lunch catered for free, it doesn't mean you have to eat what they bring. You control what goes into your mouth, so next time, look at what is brought, and decide before picking up a plate what you're going to eat.
