Sounds like you're off to a great start there, John!
It's great that you're getting in exercise. There's an Exercise (and Weight Lifting) area that you might like to check out. Replacing the poor eating habits with healthier ones (like drinking water, eating smaller portions of more nutritious food) is also great ^^ If you're interested, you may want to keep track of how many calories you're consuming. It may help you to lose faster, or later on help you to determine where to cut back or add in different things
